Job Description:
DataRobot is looking for an experienced professional to join the team as a Senior Sales Compensation Senior Analyst.
What does it take?
System Administration
- Support day-to-day commissions administration process including global monthly commission payout, manual adjustments, and exceptions
- Demonstrates the ability to learn about tools and systems to build on existing knowledge
- Develop and maintain business reports used to inform closed deals in Salesforce.com
- Highly detailed driven with emphasis on accuracy, coupled with the ability to see the broader picture
- Provide timely resolution for commission-related inquiries from comp plan participants including but not limited to system access issues, transaction disputes, credits and payment calculations
- Assist with monthly and quarterly analyses to track compensation plan performance including variance to budget and pay for performance correlation
- Work with business partners and internal / external auditors on an ongoing basis for SOX commission process and testing.
Is this You?
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation administration
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in driving initiatives and cross-functional projects
- Willingness and ability to adapt to the rapid business and organizational changes that accompany a high-growth environment
- Advanced Excel skills (proficient in building models and tools)
- Software and/or internet industry experience is a plus
- Captivate IQ commission system experience is a plus
